Question:

How long will one bottle of Dao Micro Crystals last?

Answer:

The short answer is from one to four months, depending on your individual needs. For most individuals we recommend two capsules a day, so one bottle will last you for two months. Question:

What about our pets? They spend a great deal of time outside exposed to the environment. Will Dao Micro Crystals help remove environmental contaminants from them as well?

Answer:

Dao Micro Crystals are as safe and effective on your pets as they are for you! Simply mix the contents of one or two capsules into their food or water. It's best to moisten dry food especially with dogs as the ultra micronized crystals will probably make them sneeze if they aren't moistened or mixed well. Other than the sneezing, Dao Micro Crystals do not present a risk when inhaled.

Are Dao Micro Crystals safe for me to take?

Answer:

For most people, plants and animals the answer is: Absolutely! However, if you have specific health concerns or are on a prescription regimen you should check with your doctor first to be sure. Some medications contain metals such as Lithium and Platinum, which Dao Micro Crystals will remove.

Is this product FDA approved?

Answer:

Strictly speaking, the legal answer is 'no'...since only drugs can be 'approved', and Dao Micro Crystals are NOT a drug. However, the mineral has been registered as a food additive with the FDA for decades, and holds the FDA status of Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS).

I'm a Veteran concerned about exposure to Depleted Uranium, will Dao Micro crystals help?

Answer:

Dao Micro Crystals will absolutely help! Our crystals will bind with and remove uranium regardless of whether it is depleted or still radioactive. Dao Micro Crystals are an excellent decontaminating agent!

Question:

Seems like yet another Zeolite product...what makes Dao Micro crystals so special?

Answer:

There are 106 naturally occurring zeolites, which doesn't include the synthetics. Some are beneficial while others are incredibly dangerous. What's really important is choosing the right zeolite, the purity of the crystal and finally how small it is. Our clinoptilolite crystals are 96-97% pure at the mine, before they are processed! They are then reduced to the smallest size currently possible (about 3 microns) and treated to kill any living organisms. These are the highest quality, smallest clinoptilolite crystals available anywhere.

Question:

What about liquid Zeolites, wouldn't they be easier for your body to absorb?

Answer:

That's sort of a trick question. Zeolite is not water soluble like sugar or salt...so liquid zeolites don't exist. It is important to realize that clinoptilolite crystals work the way they do because of their crystalline structure and their negative charge: change that, and you have rendered them ineffective. What you can have is zeolite crystals suspended in a liquid such as distilled water. This would be of benefit to those who find swallowing pills or capsules difficult, but doesn't necessarily provide a superior method of delivery. What remains most important regardless of delivery method is the type of crystal, purity, size of the individual particles and quantity being delivered. Compare all products carefully before choosing!

Question:

I'm a Sushi-Fiend, but the mercury levels in some fish concerns me. Can Dao Micro Crystals help eliminate mercury?

Answer:

Yes absolutely! Mercury is among the heavy metals that Dao Micro Crystals can effectively assist your body to remove.

Question:

Is this stuff useful for decontamination after exposure to radioactive fallout?

Answer:

Very! The U.S. government has been aware of the detoxifying and decontaminating properties of certain types of zeolite crystals for decades. Similar crystals were used extensively at Chernobyl to decontaminate exposed personnel and for soil remediation. They are currently being employed to assist in the radiological cleanup in Japan.

Question:

Will Dao Micro Crystals conflict or react with my prescription medications?

Answer:

Generally no, but some medications contain metals such as Lithium and Platinum (or even mercury found in some vaccines). While the removal of mercury is definitely a good thing, removal of some component metals would lessen or prevent those medicines from working properly. Talk to your doctor if you are taking any medicines that contain metals, or if you have any questions concerning drug interactions. If your doctor has any questions, we can provide him the specific information directly if they contact us.

Question:

I've heard some people talking about using only fresh water zeolites. What is the difference between 'Fresh Water' and 'Salt Water' zeolites?

Answer:

Zeolite materials are formed when molten lava and ash come into contact with water. Most zeolites in the Northern hemisphere were formed by coming into contact with salt water, and release sodium when cations are exchanged (for example when heavy metals bind to the zeolite). Alternatively, fresh water zeolites generally release calcium or potassium during cation exchange.

Should I take Dao Micro Crystals when I'm pregnant or nursing?

Answer:

The general consensus is 'No'...and our company doctor agrees. Using a zeolite supplement, even top-grade clinoptilolite, requires you to drink a substantial amount of water in order to assist the body in 'flushing out' toxins and impurities. Additionally the crystals themselves can 'trap' around 55% of their weight in water. While the crystals are not harmful, they might make it more difficult to maintain milk production. Our doctor does recommend that women planning to become pregnant should do a complete detoxification prior to pregnancy, but suspend her detoxification maintenance while pregnant.

Question:

Why do I have to drink a lot of water when I take Dao Micro Crystals?

Answer:

It is important to drink a substantial amount of water while taking Dao Micro Crystals in order to assist the body in flushing out toxins. While it is not essential, our doctor recommends drinking at least 50% distilled water in the first 48 hours (and only the first 48 hours) of any detoxification regimen.

Answer:
